Closing Door Requirements
ECOPA Exit rows are briefed Carry-ons are properly stowed OHBs are closed and latched PAX are seated At least one door is armed
Pushback
GNATS Galleys are secured and equipment is properly stowed Non-ambulatory PAX are briefed All doors are armed Tray tables & IFEs are closed and locked Seat backs are fully upright
Non-Ambulatory PAX Briefing
Location of nearest floor level exit
Follow the main flow of PAX
Do you need assistance in the event of an emergency?
Exit Row Seating Requirements
15 years or older
Not traveling with anyone 14 years or younger
Wiling and able to assist in an emergency
Able to read, understand, & communicate in English.
Briefed on exit operation & evacuation procedures

Approved storage closets

Cargo In The Cabin
SS RTL
Seat: PAX pays for the seat and item is within the stress limits of the seat & floor structure
Secured: Item is properly secured by seatbelt/ tie-down restraint & in a way that avoids injury to PAX
Restrictions: Item does not restrict PAX view of signs & access to exits or aisles
Type: Not a dangerous good & clean, dry, odorless and smooth
Location: Item is placed in front of a seat that is located AFT of a bulkhead/ solid divider & is not secured to the bulkhead nor solid divider
Booster Seat
May not be used for taxi, takeoff & landing
Must be stowed in OHB
Child must be held during turbulence, if over 2 years old child must be secured in own seat w/ seatbelt
Child Restraint Systems
PLAP SWAP The Baby
PAX pays for the seat
CRS has appropriate label
Accompanying PAX must be seated next to CRS
CRS must be placed in a FWD facing seat that is in a window seat or center most seat of center section and cannot be sat in, FWD, or AFT of exit row nor in seat that is AFT nor side facing
F/A ensure PAX secures CRS properly to seat and child in CRS
Child must be with in weight limits of CRS
Aisle armrest must be in FWD and down position
CRS must be positioned according to manufactures specifications
During turbulence child must be secured in CRS
PAX is briefed on nearest floor level exits & to take the child leave the CRS
Sterile Cockpit
Occurs from the time the A/C moves on its own power up until 10,000ft and on decent from 10,000 ft until engines shut down
Durring this time do not contact FD unless it is safety related
