Protective cover & lead wire seal intact

Procedure:

Ensure LCR is unoccupied & both the access hatch and emergency hatch are securely closed

Lift the plastic cover breaking the lead wire seal & move toggle switch to the discharge position

Access hatch and LCR door must remain closed and locked until arrival

Bin is empty at start of each flight
No paper products/supplies stored around bin

Turn on & verify warning indications are activated:

Red light illuminates on ceiling & red master call lights illuminate

3 Hi/Lo chimes

FD alerted

Then Turn off: Indicators will reset automatically
