Fetal heart 15 mins in 1st stage, 5 mins in second stage.
Maternal Temp 4 hourly, BP and pulse hourly,
Length, strength, frequency of contractions half hourly,
Maternal activity,
Urine output and amount,
Vaginal examination 4 hourly.
