How does NHL present?
A
superficial lymphadenopathy - asymmetric, painless, discreet B symptoms oropharyngeal involvement - sore throat anaemia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia liver and spleen enlargement

whole lymph node biopsy
trucut biopsy of lymph node

What is a prognosis marker of NHL?
A
LDH - increased in rapidly progressing disease
