A

HL = Reed-Sternburg cells - neoplastic B cells

A
painless, asymmetrical firm and discreet enlarged lymph nodes - usually cervical
B symptoms
itch
alcohol induced pain
splenomehaly
mediastinal involvement
young patients - normally female

What is seen on blood investigation of HL?

A

normochromatic normocytic anaemia
neutrophillia and eosinophillia
increased ESR and CRP
increased LDH
