  • B-cell (most common nHL in adults)
  • Sporadic or from Follicular lymphoma
  • Older adults, 20% children
  • Agressive, enlarging LN or extranodal mass

  • B-cell [ t(14;18) ] - BCL-2
  • Adults
  • Indolent course
  • Painless “waxing and waning” LAD
  • Nodular, small cells, cleaved nuclei
  • Monoclonal K:L ratio, no macros in GC

  • SS = leukemia
