Mycosis fungoides - causes patches on the skin that look like a fungal infection
Mycoises fungoides hallmark
CD4 helper cell
Cerebriform nucleus
Looks like a brain
Can cause red itchy skin (sezary syndrome)
Symptoms
Fever
Weight loss
Night sweats
Painless lymphadenopathy
Extranodal symptoms
GI= bowel obstruction
Bone marrow = fatigue, bruising, recurrent infection
Spinal chord= loss of sensation
Diagnosis
Ct scan
Lymph node biopsy
