Type 2
Workplace violence against an employee by a present or former employee, supervisor, or manager.
TYPE 3
Workplace violence committed in the workplace by someone who does not work there, but has or is known to have had a personal relationship with an employee.

It is important that employees provide the highest level of care for persons and/or patients when they are exhibiting
Aggressive behavior
If the person is simply argumentative or making verbal threats against members or bystanders, place a “_______________________________” call to Metro Fire Communications (MFC) and stand by for the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).
