Depolarizing NMDs

A

First sensation in muscle weakness
Followed by total flaccid paralysis
Small, rapidly moving muscles affected first (fingers, eyes), then limbs, neck, trunk
Finally, intercostal muscles and diaphragm affected resulting in cessation of respirations
