flex elbow to 90
supinate the forearm
extend wrist/fingers and thumb

extend the elbow*
side bend C/S away
depress the shoulder –> ULTT1
lock it in from above
ABD shoulder –> ULTT1
or to their end range
extend the elbow –> ULTT1
while maintaining the forearm in supination and wrist/fingers extended
