fulminant meningococcemia. Acute primary adrenal failure from adrenal hemorrhage due to DIC.
Which causes septic arthritis?
Gonorrhea = most common cause of septic artheritis. PMNs infiltrate joints. Asymmetric arthralgia of large joints.
Treatment for gonorrhea
ceftriaxone + Azithro or doxy (for possibel chlamydia coinfection)
