A

dilated bowel loops (often asymmetrical in distribution)

bowel wall oedema

pneumatosis intestinalis (intramural gas)

portal venous gas

pneumoperitoneum resulting from perforation
air both inside and outside of the bowel wall (Rigler sign)

air outlining the falciform ligament (football sign)
