A

Ondansetron 4mg to a max of 8mg
IF
Nausea persists consider:
IV Droperidol 250-500mcg (slow push over >1 min)

A

Add 10mg (or 2mL) to 100mL saline bag
Draw off 2.5-5mL

A

Ondansetron
ODT:
-2mg (2-5 years)
-4mg (> 6 years)
OR
IM/IV Ondansetron (1-15 years)
150mcg/kg to max dose of 4mg
CONSULT
for <1 years
