- Nasal obstruction
- Rhinorrhoea, sneezing
- Poor sense taste and smell
Unilateral or bleeding (red flag)

Management
A
ENT referral
Topical corticosteroids to shrink polyp size
SURGICAL
-Endoscopic sinus surgery, polypectomy
