A

Vertigo provoked by head movement
Sudden onset lasting 20-30 mins
Nausea
Hearing not affected

Dix-Hallpike test

A

GENERAL

  • Advise self-limiting, moving slowly in bed
  • Epley’s manoeuvre or Brandt Daroff exercises
  • DVLA notification
