Clinical Features
A
Vertigo provoked by head movement
Sudden onset lasting 20-30 mins
Nausea
Hearing not affected

A
Dix-Hallpike test
-Observe nystagmus and vertigo symptoms

Management
A
GENERAL
- Advise self-limiting, moving slowly in bed
- Epley’s manoeuvre or Brandt Daroff exercises
- DVLA notification
