(O) Medial half of the Clavicle, Sternum and Cartilage of the 1-6th ribs.
(I) Crest of greater tubercle of humerus.
What is the (O) and (I) for the Pec Minor?
(O) 3-4-5th ribs.
(I) Medial Surface of the Coracoid process of the Scapula.
What is the (O) and (I) for the Serratus Anterior?
(O) External Surface of Ribs 1-8/9.
(I) Anterior Surface of Medial border of Scapula.
What is the (O) and (I) for the Subclavius?
(O) 1st rib and Cartilage.
(I) Inferior surface of the middle 1/3 off Clavicle.
What is the Action for the Pec Major?
All Fibers: Abduction of the Shoulder, Medial Rotation, Assist to elevate the Thorax during forced inhalation when the arm is fixed.
Upper Fibers: Flexion of the Shoulder, Horizontal Abduction of the Shoulder.
Lower Fibers: Extension of the Shoulder.
What is the Action for the Pec Minor?
Depression of the Scapula, Abduction of the Scapula, Downwardly rotate the Scapula.
With Scapula fixed it Assist to elevate the Thorax during forced inhalation.

Depression of the Clavicle and draw it Anteriorly, Elevation of the 1st rib,
Stabilization of the SC joint.
What is the nerve for Pec Major?
Upper Fibers: Lateral Pectoral C5-7.
Lower Fibers: Lateral and Medial Pectoral C6-T1 + C8.
What is the Nerve for the Pec Minor?
Medial Pectoral, with fibers from a communicating branch of the lateral pectoral.
C6-8, T1.
What is the Nerve for the Serratus Anterior?
Long thoracic C5-8.
What is the Nerve for the Subclavius?
Subclavian C5-6.
