Together with the Brachiocephalic will bend the neck laterally

Cranial and lateral aspect of 1st rib

Medial: transverse process of C7
Ventral: transverse process of C4-C6

Stabilize base of the neck

Humerus on lesser tubercle

Adduct the humerus
Rotate from limb inward
