How does pyridostigmine work?
A
Iinhibits acetylcholinesterase, which increases the amount of ACh left in the NMJ clefts.

What are the ADRs of acetylcholinesterase inhibitors?
A
Muscarinic side effects - salivation, sweating, lacrimation, urinary incontinence, diarrhoea, GI hypermotility, emesis and miosis.
