A
deviated uvula w/ red mass on area of tonsils. high fever, sore throat. refer to ED

A
posterior pharynx tonsils, uvula and soft palate are coated with gray- to yellow colors pseudomembrane that is hard to displace. Swollen neck.
TX: antibiotics , strict isolation

A
benign finding, bony protuberance on the hard palate at midline
