What is the managment for motion sickness?
A
- BNF recommends Hyoscine (e.g. transdermal patch) as being the most effective treatment. Use is limited due to side-effects
- Cyclizine or cinnarizine (Non-sedating antihistamines) > Promethazine (Sedating antihistamines)
