NV: Dostert: Mosel, Roter Elbling, “Rosay”

From 25 year old Roter Elbling vines planted on 23ha of limestone stoils are harvested and undergoes two waves of sorting, de-stemmed and allowed to macerate for 48 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel for 24 hours and spends three months on lees. RS 10.2 g/L
