A

1) Severe head injury
- Abnormal Head CT on admission or 2 of—->
- SBP < 90 mmHg
- Age > 40
- Decerebrate/Decorticate positioning
2) Sedated patients after TBI
3) Multisystem injury with altered level of consciousness
4) Post-Op after removal of intracranial mass
5) Abnormal values in non-invasive ICP monitoring
