What are the recommendations for ICP monitoring?
1) All salvageable patients with severe TBI (GCS< 8) and abnormal CT
2) Severe TBI with normal CT with 2 of (Age over 40, unilateral/bilateral motor posturing, SBP < 90 mmHg).
