What are the conditions for equilibrium?
A
The sum of the vectors is zero (all forces up/down left/right are zero)
The anticlockwise and clockwise moments sum to zero about any point (They must be equal in magnitude, will cancel due to signs)

A
A pair of equal parallel forces that turn in opposite directions.

M = Force x Perpendicular distance BETWEEN FORCES
