Controlled practice that guides student directly. Gives corral responsibility. Best for youngins (ex Big bowl, small bowl)
Discovery Learning
Gives opportunity for student to use prior knowledge in learning a new consent. Guided is better.
Expository learning
Giving advanced organizer or outline. Gives idea of big and small ideas.
Cognitive apprenticeship
Modeling and allowing student to interact in real world experience that is authentic.
Inquiry learning
Scientific hands on method that allow student to problem solve with steps.
Cooperative learning
Working together for one goal. Grades as group and individual. Accountability and responsibility.
Reciprocal questioning
Structured group conversation that sea stem questions or comprehension.
Instructional conversations
Planned interaction regarding. Reading material. Resembles natural conversation
Reciprocal Teaching
Good teaching.
