A
- Self-betrayal
- See the world in a way that justifies my self-betrayal.
- My view of reality becomes distorted
- I enter the box
- Boxes become characteristic of me and I carry them with me.
- I provoke others to be in the box.
- Mutual mistreatment and justification. Collude in giving each other reason to stay in box.

See each other as people. Don’t look for their boxes. Look for your own.

1- Unconscious incompetence (don’t know what you don’t know
2- Conscious incompetence (know what you don’t know)
3-Conscious competence (must focus to be competent (learning to drive car)
4- Unconscious competence (10,000 hours, autopilot. Can be dangerous

A
Having the courage to have a period of incompetence after being competent to get to the next level.
