Q

Resource leveling

A

is the act of leveling the amount of resources needed to be constant over a period of time. Leveling is used in project management to minimize the confusion on the project (resources being constantly added and subtracted) and to rectify situations where resources are being assigned to more work in a period than they can realistically complete.
