Concentric
The full Semi Private introduction is?
- You are doing 6-8 reps, remember you count the reps
- If you hit 8 reps it’s too light and you need to grab the next heaviest weight
- You are doing 3 sets with 30 seconds rest in between each set
- Your tempo (the speed at which you do the exercise) is 4-0-1-0 which means you are going down in 4 seconds and then up in 1 second with no stopping between reps
- Make sure you are aware of the weight you are using
The Team Training MLT introduction is?
- There are 8 exercises and your aim is to complete each exercise fast and explosively.
- You are going to be working for 2 minutes at each exercise without rest. You shouldn’t able to lift solidly for 2 minutes if you can, UP the weight.
- Watch the team member in front of you as they will be the exercise you are doing next.
- It is key to get between the exercises with no rest so once there do not wait for me to say go
- Take your drink around with you but be sure to only take as long as you need to recover. Remember you are at each exercise once so make sure you leave nothing behind.
