A

Acne fulminans
- Rare, painful, ulcerating acne
- Associated with fever, polyarthritis, bone lesions, and blood abnormalities
- Usually resistant to standard treatment

Acne conglobata
- Rare acne causing disfiguring cysts over the body resulting in severe scarring

  • Arterial ulcers will be more painful and they’re deeper
  • Venous ulcers will appear more irregular and larger
