A
Diastolic murmur
May have AF - AF commonly causes Mitral Stenosis
Malar flush

What are the investigations?
A
To finish the exam i would like to - Fundoscopy, respiratory exam, and Peripheral arterial exam,urinalysis and BP
By the bed - History and obs.
Bloods - FBC, U/E, TFTs
Other - ECG, ECHO to assess severity
CXR

A
Echo will show valve

A
Conservative - Explain what it is and why the patient may be having symptoms
Medical - Treat AF
Surgical - HF treatment
Mitral valve replacement
Anti coag

A
Rheumatic Heart disease
Congenital
