A

To finish the exam i would like to - Fundoscopy, respiratory exam, and Peripheral arterial exam,urinalysis and BP

By the bed - History and obs.

Bloods - FBC, U/E, TFTs

Other - ECG

ECG shows AF (no p wave, irregularly irregular)

TFTs may show hyperthyroidism

What is the treatment?

A

Immediate

Cardiovert if signs of heart failure

Rate limiter - B blocker or digoxin

Rhythm control - Amioderone of flecanide

Long term

CHADVAS for anticoagulate

Consider LMWH

DC cardiovert if unstable
