What are the common examination findings?

A

May be SAD - Syncope/Angina/Chest pain

TRIAD - Slow rising pulse/Narrow pulse pressure/ESM which may radiate to the carotids

Palpable heave and thrill

A

To finish the exam i would like to - Fundoscopy, respiratory exam, and Peripheral arterial exam,urinalysis and BP

By the bed - History and obs.

Bloods - FBC, U/E, TFTs

Other - ECG, ECHO to assess severity
