A

May have:

Signs of risk factors - tar staining/xanthelasma/anaemia

AF

Bradycardia/Hypotension

Signs of LVF

Signs of peripheral vascular disease

What are the investigations?

A

To finish the exam i would like to - Fundoscopy, respiratory exam, and Peripheral arterial exam,urinalysis and BP

By the bed - History, obs

Bloods - FBC, U/E, Lipid profile, trops

Other - ECG, CXR

A

1) MONA

Morphine and anti emetic

O2 if below 94%

Nitrates

Anti platelets - Asprin and clopidigrel

2) if STEMI then PCI within 2 hours
3) after - Mi5
