Increase BP

Risk factor appearence - Obesity/Tar staining/Xanthelasma/Corneal arcus

What are the investigations?

A

To finish the exam i would like to - Fundoscopy, respiratory exam, and Peripheral arterial exam,urinalysis and BP

By the bed - History and obs. Also want to examine the fundi for eye signs

Bloods - FBC, U/E, lipid profile, urine dipstick, glucose

Remember endocrine if young

Other - ECG, echo, CXR

Conservative - Lifestyle

Medical - ACEi if under 55 or black

Calcium channel blocker if not

Statins
