Mx acute episodes of migraine?
Paracetamol/aspirin + metoclopramide/domperidone (latter used less due to arrhythmia concerns)
NSAID + metoclopramide/domperidone
Triptans- give PO, IM, SL. Avoid in CHD, uncontrolled HTN
