MILD INFECTION, CHILD IS NOT ILL-APPEARING!!!!!

Low grade fever + lymphadenopathy cervical (suboccipital, posterior auricular, posterior cervical) + rashes that spread from face to cephalocaudal pattern to rest of the body and LAST FOR <3 days.
