MILD INFECTION, CHILD IS NOT ILL-APPEARING!!!!!
Low grade fever + lymphadenopathy cervical (suboccipital, posterior auricular, posterior cervical) + rashes that spread from face to cephalocaudal pattern to rest of the body and LAST FOR <3 days.
UW. rubella. some patients might have petechiae or erythemaous papules known as Forchheimer sports on soft palate.

Supportive
UW. rubella. vs Measles (rubeolla)
rubella = mild infections, NO cough, rhinorrhea, nasal congestion + rashes
Measles (rubeolla) = ILL-APPEARING CHILD. Yes cough, rhinorrhea, nasal congestion + rahes.
UW. rubella. Postnatal infection if mild, but prenatal (aka intrapartum) infection can result in spontaneous abortion, fetal demise, congenital rubella.

at 12 month and 4 years.
If in case 10 month = no immunization yet.
