brain and face:
- dysmorphic facial features: short palpebral fissures, smooth philtrum, vermillion border
- growth retardation
- CNS abnormalities: microcephaly, intellectual deficits, behavioral problems, learning difficulties, impaired executive functioning
avoid alcohol during pregnancy
