A

deltoid: 2/3 fingers below acromion process, put fingers into V shape (like deltoid shape) and site is in the center of that;
vastus lateralis: outer middle third of thigh;
ventrogluteal: palm on greater trochanter ( thumb facing towards anterior of body), index finger on anterior superior iliac spine with a V between index and middle finger, site is between knuckles of index and middle finger in V

outer aspect of arm (fatty area), the abdomen (at least 2 inches for umbilicus), anterior thighs
