Less common than LE
Female over male
Golf, manual workers
Involves Pronator Teres and Flexor Carpi Radialis

What is the clinical presentation of medial epicondylitis?
A
Pain on the medial aspect of the elbow Tender on palpation Aggravated by resisted/ repetitive wrist flexion or pronation, vagus stress, stretching Reduced Grip Strength 20% involve ulnar nerve

A
Load management Exercise Bracing/taping Education NSAID’s Corticosteroid injections Shockwave Therapy Surgery
