Overuse tendinopathy of flexors and pronators of the wrist
Less common than LE
Female over male
Golf, manual workers
Involves Pronator Teres and Flexor Carpi Radialis

What is the clinical presentation of medial epicondylitis?

A
Pain on the medial aspect of the elbow
Tender on palpation
Aggravated by resisted/ repetitive wrist flexion or pronation, vagus stress, stretching
Reduced Grip Strength 
20% involve ulnar nerve
