Mary was a young girl when the angle Gabriel told her she would become pregnant with the Son of God. She could have said no but put total faith and trust in God. Like Mary, we should always trust in God’s plan.
how does Mary show charity?
Mary always showed compassion and kindness to others. She is an example that we should show compassion to others. She encouraged Jesus to perform his first miracle.
How does Mary show discipleship?
She spent her whole life dedicated to Jesus and was one of the last people with him till the end of his life, when he died on the cross. She shows Catholics that we should always put Jesus first.

they will try to follow the example of mAry and work for the common good. This is a reason why Catholics may donate money to CAFOD or give up their time to work for charities.
