What do forgiveness
The act of pardoning someone for the offences they have caused you.

What is the parable of the unmerciful servant?
Parable = a story told my Jesus with a deeper meaning or hidden meaning
1. The master is merciful to the servant and cancels his debt so he did not have to repay him.
2. However the forgiven servant will not pardon another man who is in debt to him and threw him in jail .
3. When the master finds out about this, he punishes the servant until he had to pay back the large money he owed.
What is the meaning to the parable of the unmerciful servant?
Jesus warns us that this will be what God’s judgment is like, if people cannot pardon others, they cannot expect to be forgiven by God themselves.
It’s not a one time action. If someone asks for forgiveness over and over then it is the duty of an individual to forgive them.
Matthew’s Gospel, the teaching on forgiveness is continued with Jesus making it clear that to be forgiven humans must forgive others.
How can a catholics life be affected?
Catholics will try to life out the example of Jesus by showing forgiveness to those people who may have wronged them.
