Order of a grievance
- Firstly an informal conversation - Secondly put into writing - As a last resort the employee can consider a tribunal

Employment tribunal
-A special sort of court dealing only with employment law for example an employees claim for unfair dismissal

What is the purpose of an employment tribunal
- To resolve disputes that cant be settled out of court - It is a deterrent to employees to follow the code of practise in the first place. - To clear businesses of wrong doing or compensate employees for wrong doing that has occurred
