- Planning is the first stage of management. Planning is the decision making phase of management.
*What am I going to do?
*Why am I doing it?
*How will it be done?
*Who will do it?
*When will it be done ?
- Where will it be done ?
*What resources will I need?
*How much will it cost ?
*How will I get the money
- Organizing
Organizing in management means arranging and structuring the people, tasks, and resources within an organization to achieve its goals.
*Sequences or prioritize the task
*Indicates his much time will be needed to complete each task.
*Assign responsibility to people
- Implementing and Controlling
Implementing in management refers to the process of putting plans and ideas into action. It involves translating strategies and concepts into practical steps that can be executed within an organization.
Controlling: When implementation begins controlling is necessary to ensure that the task are being carried out as planned

Evaluation is the Measurement aspect of management. It is the process of measuring or analysing the success or failure of the project.
