A
pain due to trauma or exercise where the spermatic cord becomes twisted compromising blood supply
presents as pain
gold standard imaging is Ultrasound

Trauma to testes
A
presents as pain and trauma to scrotum and tears to testes with bleeding

Infection
A
can be caused by UTI’s or STD’s
present as pain and discomfort to testes with loin pain, swelling, redness and testes may feel hot to touch

Seminoma
A
testicular cancer
presents with lump on testicle , with secondary symptoms such as new cough, SOB, tirednes or fatigue.

Teratoma
A
Complex embryonic tumour that can consist of multiple tissue types with the same tumour. So it can develop teeth and hair.
