Exclude occular injury
Prophylactic antibiotics

A
Review when swelling subsides
Further radiographs +/- CT scans
Informed consent
Closed reduction +/- fixation
Open reduction + internal fixation:
- intraoral incisons
- local facial incisons
- coronal flap exposure
