Q

What are the 3 steps for separating the salt from the solution?

A
  1. Filtering out salt precipitate, the residue being the salt we keep
  2. Rinse the salt with water to wash off traces of leftover solution
  3. Dry the salt by dabbing it with filter paper to remove last few traces of water
