Wedges of red and golden roasted beets marinated with olive oil and shallots on top of hazelnut truffle vinaigrette, poached pears (White wine, lemon, cardamom), toasted hazelnuts and served with a Cristini topped with brulee’d truffle goat cheese and micro greens.
