Onset - Sudden/gradual & over what period of time

A

Patient looks at dot in centre of grid (shown below) with one eye

If see wavy/distorted lines - indicates problem with central visual field

What is Fluorescein angiography?

A

Fluorescent dye is injected into the bloodstream. The dye highlights the blood vessels in the back of the eye so they can be photographed
