Parasite: echinococcus (food)
Polycystic liver disease

Affect about 5% of US population and 5% of those get symptoms

Only if large
> Bloating
> Pain in RUQ
> Palpable mass

A
> Liver US
Liver CT
Bloods to rule out other causes/ anaemia
