- FD pitch bar reappears as ALT ACQ
- AP engages in CWS P
- LVL CHG, VNAV and VS are not available with the FAILED SIDE AP - level flight below FL220 (onside AP)
- climb or descent to a new altitude only
available in CWS P
IMBAL
The IMBAL alert may be caused by a FUEL LEAK, an INOPERATIVE CROSSFEED valve or a FUEL IMBALANCE.
Fuel leak should be suspected if:
- total fuel remaining is less than planned
- an engine has excessive fuel flow
A/P
All autopilots are disengaged. The red light flashes and the aural tone sounds.
Fly the airplane manually or re-engage the autopilot
A/T 4.1
The autothrottle has disengaged. The red light flashes.
Control thrust manually or re-engage the autothrottle.
FWD AFT CARGO FIRE
fire is detected in the related cargo compartment.
FWD CARGO
AFT CARGO
One or more cargo doors are not closed and secure.
FWD ENTRY
AFT ENTRY
One or more entry doors are not closed and secure.
AFT SERVICE
One or more of the service doors are not closed and secure.
IRS FAULT
on ground - DO NOT TAKEOFF
inflight - A/P disengag
IRS transfer switch - BOTH on L or BOTH on R
AUTOPILOTS CANNOT BE ENGAGED
ALT DISAGREE
The ALT DISAGREE alert indicates the Captain’s and FOs altitude indications disagree
ALTN EEC ALTERNATE MODE
An EEC operates in the alternate control mode.
